Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Place the sliced banana, strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) in a blender.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes to the blender as well.
Blend all the ingredients together on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Once the smoothie is well blended and creamy, taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Pour the Strawberry Banana Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
