Hey Family ! Today is .
With everting that’s going on in our world today it’s very easy to get consumed and to allow the weight of the world to take over in our lives. Many people are dealing with depression, anxiety, even suicidal thoughts.
Matthew 11:28-30. It says:

“Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”

We have to remember that Jesus frees us from all burdens. If we rest in Him, He will give us peace and comfort and healing. This is His promise to us. Whatever you may be going through I encourage you to give it to God and rest on His promises to us. Nothing is to big or to small for God. 💜

In spite of the circumstances that surround us we must not forget God's words and his promises to us. These few verses from Proverbs really stuck out to me based on everything that I have been seeing on my timeline all day today. Remember God has the final say and he gets all the glory. Victory belongs to Jesus!
Proverbs 10:12,25-26,30,32 NLT
12 Hatred stirs up quarrels,
but love makes up for all offenses.
25 When the storms of life come, the wicked are whirled away, but the godly have a lasting foundation.
26 The hopes of the godly result in happiness, but the expectations of the wicked come to nothing.
30 The godly will never be disturbed, but the wicked will be removed from the land
32 The lips of the godly speak helpful words, but the mouth of the wicked speaks perverse words.

Today we remember the ones that have faught and fallen for us. May God bless and rest their souls.

As I was walking this morning I saw this sign. And at that moment, I realized this sign applied to me. Not because I was approaching the road work, but because I AM THE ROAD WORK!

A quick background about this sign: This is usually the first sign you’ll see upon approaching road work. The shape indicates construction or maintenance. The color indicates construction as well but it also ALERTS you of possible dangers ahead. When you see this sign you’re suppose to reduce speed and scan for workers who may directing traffic. Once you get towards the end of the road work you’ll see “ End of Road Work”

I am currently under construction and maintenance. God is molding me into the woman of God that he has called me to be. God is alerting me that as I go into this road work to be prepared for changes that will occur. I must slow down and take my time during this transformation , for He will be the worker directing my path!
