And THAT is how we build a covered pergola!

This client of ours was in need of a back patio space to hang out with the family, and for a hot tub.

As well as a circle driveway.

We set him up with a 20x20 slab, with an 11x18 pergola on it, and added a full privacy wall with a walk through privacy gate, as well as 2 half walls with pull down screens soon to be installed, and shingled it to match the house so that it met HOA requirements.

And to top it off put in a circle drive for the little bit of extra parking everyone could use.

This client had dealt with a sloped driveway and water standing by his garage door for many years, and his French drain needed some help getting the water out.

We attached a 4 inch drain and set it in concrete, and the water will no longer be hanging out in a bad spot.
