Last night at the Hilton Lincoln Centre, and I were named USA Ambassadors for “Turkish Taste.”
More than a dozen Turkish delegates arrived at DFW last week, joined by chefs from across the country, for a gala celebrating Turkish and Aegean foods.

led the evening with professionalism and energy as emcee. orchestrated the event with meticulous attention to detail at every level. Chef Carlos Castillo and his team delivered a flawless dinner that truly honored the depth and hospitality of Turkish cuisine.
