Hey, Sweet Friends. I have missed you all! I have been working outside in the yard all day today, but I stopped and made my husband, Garth Haver and Myself a fabulous Italian Chicken Salad!
First, I baked some chicken Breast's-about 4 pieces.
I seasoned them with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and a little red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper, and oliveoil. I just measured with my heart. Use as little or as much seasonings you want.
I sauteed some garlic cloves in butter and olive oil, finely chopped.
I baked my chicken breast at 350 for 25 minutes. (They were small)
I then made my salad with lettuce, carrots, purple cabbage, bacon bits, a few finely chopped nuts, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped dill pickles, and then i added the sauteed garlic to the top. I then chopped up my Italian chicken in to bite sized pieces and placed it on top of our salads, and croutons. Garth had French dressing on his Salad and I had ranch dressing on mine. They were delicious! And they were big! We ate part today and we will have the rest of the salad tomorrow for lunch again.❤️ 😋
Hi Everyone! I am making a different kind of video today. I have had a couple of people commenting saying that they liked my decor and furniture in my kitchen. That is usually where I always am when I make my videos. So I thought I would make a video showing the decor in my kitchen and in the rest of my house. I have a smaller house that is country, with Mostly Primitive Decor and Country pieces. It is nothing Fancy but it is Cozy and Cute to me. I hope you all like it!
