How do we help businesses with Solar Energy?

As a commercial energy broker I help businesses control energy costs.

The number one strategy is tracking commercial energy prices and helping businesses procure contracts when they can lock in savings.

The other thing energy brokers do is help businesses implement strategies aimed at reducing costs… things like rooftop solar.

As I explain in this video, there are some extremely attractive opportunities in certain markets right now.

For example, in one market in the north east we are able to install rooftop solar and get the price per kWh down to 1.2 cents compared to 8.3 cents for power from the grid. Pretty cool, right!

And solar is just one of many exciting new technologies that are allowing businesses to take a more active role in controlling energy costs.

It’s my opinion that over the next decade we will see a massive transformation in the way we manage and consume energy.

Energy brokers are the individuals that businesses will continue to turn to for solutions and that’s why it’s becoming such a popular niche.
