We are thrilled to announce our third judge for tonight’s 5th Annual Design with Designology event, Jayme Schutt, Senior Vice President of Office Tenant Representation and Workplace Advisory at JLL.
Jayme brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate, blending workplace strategy with brokerage to help clients make smarter, more intentional decisions about their spaces. With 14 years of experience in commercial interior design, she understands how to align business goals with the built environment.
Her ability to think beyond the transaction and focus on long-term impact makes her an invaluable voice on this year’s judging panel.

Our second judge for this year’s Design with Designology is Jose Montoya.

Jose is an International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Member, NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer, and a Design Director at NorthPark Management Company. Jose is responsible for maintaining the high level of retail design excellence at NorthPark Center that sets it apart as a top luxury retail destination in the United States.

NorthPark Center has over 235 stores, with annual sales exceeding $1 billion. NorthPark Center has earned various architecture and design awards, which include the AIA Dallas Chapter 25 Year Award and the Texas Society of Architects Architectural Landmark Award.

As a Design Director, Jose works closely with design firms to implement NorthPark Center’s Design & Construction Standards. He oversees design teams from design development to occupancy to ensure all retail projects align with NorthPark’s standards. He’s instrumental in assisting design teams through the selection and approval process of quality products, finishes, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and equipment that contribute to high-end retail projects.

Jose’s latest projects include: Lafayette 148, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, SKIMS, Varley, Sisley Paris, and IWC.
