J.E.W.E.L Foundation (Community Outreach Program)

J.E.W.E.L Foundation is a 501(C) (3) nonprofit organization that works to inspire, encourage and support parents in a positive environment. A place free from judgement but filled will support and love in the form of resources and knowledge. Although at times welfare programs are a necessity, it is our belief that people’s lives can be enhanced when given the proper skills and resources. We want to be a valuable asset to parents as the begin their journey to bridge the gap between poverty and prosperity. J.E.W.E.L. Foundation works with parents to set educational and career goals and provide workshops that will equip them with life skills that will ultimately enhance their future. All services are at no charge.

Workshops: Job Training and Interview Skills, Money Management, Resume Building, Communication Skills, Basic Parenting Skills and Anger Management.

Resources: Provide parents with baby diapers and wipes (when needed), low-income based heath care and counseling referrals, provide colleges and universities that have family housing, needed items for job and school preparations and a variety of other resources that are maybe customized for each individual client.
