According to Australian media the brave bystander who disarmed one of the active shooters on Bondi Beach was identified as a 43-year-old man from Sydney. In the footage of the deadly attack, the man in a white T-shirt can be seen crouching behind a parked car before rushing one of the shooters, briefly struggling with him and then stripping the shotgun away. I’m not here to critique the guy on what I think he should have done next but I definitely want to commend the guy for his heroic action. Be safe out there my friends.
