What a great story!
This family moved here from El Paso with very little friends and family and here they are buying a house 🤩🤩. Victor even switch jobs in the middle of the transaction and we got it done. Breaking through barriers with families, barriers that God put there just to show us how strong we are 🙏👑.
Some say with this economy it is a tough time to buy a house but these guys got a tremendous deal on their home. When interest rates come back down they'll be laughing all the way to the bank 😂.

Definitely the biggest real estate questions today revolve around interest rates.
So check this out: December 2020 bottom was 2.63% and today it is 3.1%.
The Federal Reserve is looking to bring these up in 2022 so if you are in market, lets get together today and find you a home!!
