We partnered with one of North Dallas’s largest pool builders to deliver an outdoor living retreat in Prosper. The build centers on a hip‑roof patio cover, paired with an pergola covered with Hercules polycarbonate. The pergola ties into the home using Skylift Systems by Cover Your Pergola for clean lines and long‑term performance. Brick‑wrapped columns match the home’s masonry for a custom, built‑in look. For comfort and control, we installed best‑in‑class motorized screens from Progressive Screens—fully recessed into the structure so they’re practically invisible when retracted, preserving the modern aesthetics while adding year‑round usability.
