Texas suburbs are growing at a pace that stands in sharp contrast to the nation's largest cities. The five fastest-growing cities in America are all in Texas, led by Celina, which grew 24.6% in a single year, compared to a national growth rate of just 0.5%. At the same time, the nation's largest cities, including New York, saw population declines.
