RWB Consulting Engineers was awarded the 2025 ASHRAE Region VIII Technology Award (Commercial Buildings – New Category) for the WorldSprings, The Colony project.

This destination spa redefines what’s possible through innovative geothermal design, featuring 48 pools and spas powered by a system that captures and reuses energy, reduces emissions, and enhances the guest experience. From ground-source heat pumps to 100% outdoor air systems, every element was engineered with sustainability, efficiency, and comfort in mind, proving thoughtful design can deliver both performance and wellness.
