Coronavirus | Cape Town and Western Cape Travelling to Cape Town? It is business as usual in Cape Town and the Western Cape. To date, no cases of coronavirus have been reported in South Africa.

I want to highlight 4 of our African Ophthalmology Council Leadership Development program(LDP) family:
Dr. Feyi Adepoju: graduated in San Francisco as the 1st African graduate of the AAO LDP program.
Dr. Abba Hydara: he is in the process to close on a multimillion dollar grant to open a National Eye Hospital in The Gambia.
Drs Mustapha Bature and Naseer Ally are both 2019 recipients of the David and Molly Pyott Foundation Scholarships in Ophthalmology at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
When we started our program in 2015, we had no idea we would change lives so quickly. Join us in Cape Town at World Ophthalmology Congress 2020: June 26-29, 2020.
