I am so excited to announce our Caribbean Wellness Adventure Tour! Our first stop will be in the beautiful island of Dominica in February 2023! Sol Sisters Wellness is a community where we welcome men and women from all walks of life to become a part of our magical tribe whether it be through participation or collaboration. This isn’t your average wellness retreat, so prepare to dive deeper, live louder, and learn more. Together we have created the ideal wellness experience for introspection and self-discovery through Yoga, Dance, Fitness, Meditation, and Stress Management classes. However, this is a “wellness adventure” so in addition to our wellness classes we have also reserved time for adventure to take place. Breath taking Sight-seeing and excursions are apart of our daily itineraries in order to immerse you in all the beauty that The Nature Island has to offer as well as the invigorating culture that only the Caribbean can bring.
