Amanda’s Story
I have been in real estate for over 20 years. Licensed in 1995, I worked in commercial real estate from 1992-1995 on the landlord side. As my family grew, I found I needed a more flexible schedule, so I started as a part-time residential agent for Newhomes Real Estate and was the top producer in the Dallas area. I had found my calling!
After a few years, the portion of clients that came from referrals had increased so much I left and started my own brokerage-One Source Real Estate. I have successfully completed over 500 owner-occupied transactions in my career. I’ve worked with many investors and also personally own rental properties.
My goal is to make you so happy with your transaction that you can’t imagine your friends and loved ones using someone else. It is not about the closing for me; it is about clients that feel they were so well represented and cared for by an agent that puts the client’s needs, goals and desires before anything else.
