➡️ If you believe you ‘have’ anxiety or depression, first examine your choices with sleep, nutrition, hydration, and fitness. Make different choices, and you’ll ‘feel’ better.

➡️ If you don’t have ‘peace’ about an issue, examine your thinking to make sure it is true and accurate.

➡️ If you do not believe you can approach your coach and ask questions, then examine how you are interpreting their feedback and criticism. Are you taking it too personally?

➡️ When a mistake or setback happens, are you choosing to condemn yourself or learn from it?
