Lunch in at Minotti Dallas

For this penthouse project, we integrated a custom James PowerPipe subwoofer into the mechanical space behind the living room wall.

The goal was simple:
• Maximum bass performance
• Clean architectural integration
• No visible equipment in the living space
• Proper airflow for the subwoofer system
• A finished vent detail that looked intentional

The venting was calculated to support the required airflow, then coordinated with the architect’s team to create a clean MDF cutout pattern that aligned with the design of the space.

This is the kind of detail that makes a system feel fully integrated. Performance first, with the architecture respected from start to finish.
