Certified Pharmacy Technician (or Trainee) needed in Irving, TX.

Must be available to start immediately

The Pharmacy Technician predominately works in the non-sterile lab, putting pellets in vials and prepares orders and coordinates deliveries.

Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls related to setting up specialty medication orders working with medical providers, customers, and other pharmacy staff to ensure patients receive their specialty medication in a timely manner
Receives and resolves issues over the phone & routes appropriately
Refers medical questions to the pharmacist(s)
Prepare dosage medications for dispensing into bottles and unit dose packaging
Assist in preparing and dispensing medication under direct supervision of Pharmacist
Select, prepare and stock medications and supplies
Job Requirements
1 year of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician required
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Responsiveness, reliability, ability to express assurance/confidence, ability to express empathy, professionalism
PC skills in Windows-based applications
Team-oriented & customer service focus

The Logistic Specialists will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries quickly, troubleshooting issues, as well as tracking moving cargo using Gaus or other specialized shipping/import/export systems.

• All candidates must have at least 2 years of recent customer service skills,
excellent communication, and computer documentation skills.
• Position includes creating, updating and canceling shipping orders per requests
from inbound calls and emails from customers/shippers.
• Must have good time management skills, ability to prioritize work and work
efficiently under pressure.
• High School Diploma/GED required. College degree preferred, not required.
