10 years difference in that person though.
She’s happier. Healthier. More confident.
But she’s lost sight of all of that, lately.
Thank goodness for pictures.
I’ve been feeling lost lately in my fitness journey.
Then I see this and then I remember. All the hard work that was put in. All the years it took to feel this way. It doesn’t happen over night.
Worth every struggle for sure.
At the age of 35, looking way better than 25! I’ll take that anyday.
This motivated me. I hope it does you too. 💪🏻🔥😎 aging like fiiinneeee wiinneeee!
We have been running & working out as usual but with the running program we are doing, it also comes with active recover days. 👏🏻👏🏻 which is MUCH needed.
geez. i def don’t foam roll near enough. Today is my mile run and i’m going to attempt doing it outside!
