November is National Family Caregiver Month — a time to recognize the everyday heroes balancing work, life, and caregiving.

According to the CDC, about 25% of adults aged 45 to 64 years are caregivers. They are often juggling a full-time job alongside helping a loved one with essential daily tasks like cooking, transportation, and medical care.
