Fitness is a journey, not a sprint.
Been holding off on posting my before pic until now because I was so embarrassed that I let myself get so far out of shape it was frustrating.
The hardest part of getting older is not having the energy to put the work in like I wanted. Marriage plus life on the road with MLW, lots of fast food and late night munchies took its toll on me.
A busted up knee, 2 ankle surgeries, and a rotator cuff injury really held me back from pushing it where I felt comfortable.
But like Popeye says you can only "Stands till you cant stands no more."
Getting some tips here and there

& finding that helped me with my general wellness and helping with the injurys.
The pic to the right was 11 weeks ago at 205lbs with serious body fat.
11 weeks later at 185.2lbs with serious muscle growth.
