Happy Sunday!!! I can’t believe that May is just around the corner!!! Here’s the menu for Friday May 1st and Saturday the 2nd.
1) Red beet and Dill cured salmon/toasted brioche/ ABBA Caviar
2) Cucumber hummus/glazed carrots/pickled raisins/feta cheese
3)Pan-seared Duck breast/blackberry Gastrique/parsnip purée/Greek yogurt mashed potatoes
4). Crepe Suzette/ Chocolate ice-cream/Mint
