Lone Star Surface Pros is looking for a driven, hands-on leader to assist in managing projects and ensure top-quality workmanship from start to finish.

🔨 What You’ll Do:
• Oversee construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials
• Keep projects on schedule
• Perform quality control inspections
• Ensure work meets plans, specs, and company standards
• Handle punch lists and project closeout

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years in construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects
• Quality control or inspection experience is a plus
