Linzy Goetz
Linzy joined the CBT Real Estate team in 2020. She spent more than 15 years in the medical field before transitioning into real estate services. She brings extensive knowledge in marketing and customer service.
Linzy has an exceptional eye for detail and her prior experience in the medical industry has equipped her to be great with multitasking and communication . When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 sons.

Meet Nicole!
Before joining CBT Real Estate Services team in 2020, Nicole was a Legal Assistant/Paralegal for 10 years in Arizona. In 2018, Nicole began to transition toward a career in real estate. She obtained her real estate license in Arizona and joined a team as their transaction coordinator. After relocating to Texas with her husband, Nicole decided to obtain her real estate license in Texas and continue working as a transaction coordinator.
Nicole graduated with a degree in Criminology and Political Science from Northern Arizona University. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, dogs, friends and family.
