Pertis Williams III is available to be mentored by the Honorable Bennie Thompson, who has served 33 years as the Mississippi Congressional Representative for District 2. The Democrats need to keep this seat, and the people need someone to fix the disrepair that continues to sink citizens lower economically and mentally throughout what is the largest district in the state. With Jackson being the capital city, there should not be the stark difference in the conditions of the east side of the city represented by the Republican and the west side of the city represented by the Democrat. This is just one quick example of how someone who is able to put in the number of years he has put in is who we need this year. We cannot secure a better future for our children if we do not start making changes today. It is time for Congressman Bennie G. Thompson to either retire to spend time with his family.
