Baked oysters, black and bleu salad, salmon pesto with quinoa tebbouleh and charred asparagus. The meal will finish off with an apple and cinnimon bread puddin'. Complimentary wine will be available, but you are welcome to bring whatever you like to drink.
Last call of reservations will be this Weds.

Last night I was inspired to make gyros for dinner. For the meat, i went with local ground beef, seasoned well and flattened out. It was a great dupe! The real star though was the tzatziki. Cucumber, lemon, and yogurt 'Oh my!'
Cooking for the family is always a real treat.

This post comes with a heavy heart but a burden lifted. Services will be suspended indefinitely.
For the last 5 years, you have all been so good to me. You've shown me what I can accomplish on my own. You've pushed my culinary limits in ways I never would have imagined. I've met some of my favorite people through this business venture. I've learned more about myself in the past five years than I have in the previous fifteen. I can not count how many blessings God has provided through Taste. One thing I've learned is that I function better when I'm part of a team and working for something bigger than my own motivation. I've accepted a post with a "big girl" restaurant in Longview to lead a team of skilled and enthusiastic individuals in a family-friendly setting that will offer me opportunity for personal and professional growth in the coming years. This decision was weighed carefully, and I am certain that it is the right one for my family. I may post recipes, memes, or food pictures that make me proud, but I will no longer be accepting orders or new clients.
Thank you again for the love and support you've given me. I will be forever grateful for you.
