Dominique Barbier has been one of my favorite equestrian authors for years. Getting to be a working student at his farm this year as well as watching Dominique teach at the Barbier Farms annual symposium this past weekend has been an experience like no other.

It has been an immense privilege and opportunity to learn about the Barbier philosophy and method of dressage training, and the icing on the cake (which still feels unbelievable) was being offered the chance to have my new book available at the symposium as well. What a humbling honor to see Quantum Horsemanship on the display table during symposium, and it felt surreal to be asked to sign copies.

Most importantly, the greatest blessing of the fall Symposium 2024 has been continuing to further and deepen my own knowledge about lightness, harmony, and ethical horsemanship, thanks to the incredible team at Barbier Farms.

I'm honored and happy to share that copies of my book, "Quantum Horsemanship," will be available at this annual symposium!

September 10th marks the World Health Organization's Su***de Prevention Day. It is a subject near and dear to my heart, although I struggle to find the right words.

Within the equestrian community, there have been numerous su***des by notable professionals, and the su***de rate in veterinarians is alarming.

May we treat fellow horse lovers as fellow human beings - with love, kindness, and compassion.

May we think before we speak and act. A single word can change a person's life forever.

Hope is always possible.

I, myself, am grateful to be alive.
