this is so true for me....life has become a balancing act....letting go of toxic people & memories so that new more positive light can replace it....life is finding balance the best way i can...each day has new challenges but so far the good is coming in stronger....namaste you all David

For some discovering their spirituality is like waking up to a new reality...that is why it is called a spiritual awakening or "woke". It is your own personal connection to Source....a friendship to develop...a new sense of direction to explore...to grow it helps to develop a spiritual practice that feeds your Soul...some seek the help of a spiritual director/mentor to walk the path with them for suggestions & mentoring....but ultimately it is a path that one walks alone...as Ram Dass says the reason we are here is to "help walk each other home"

For me the foundation of spirituality is that are all interconnected with all of life...it matters not what kind of spiritual path we are on...we still have more in common with others than our differences & as Ram Dass said "we are here to help walk each other home." I believe we all share the same home even though we may take different paths to get there. But to start the journey in our own way we need to connect to our Source....that still, small voice inside of us....the part of us that is meant for Source alone....the quiet, calm & centered Soul which seeks to help us find the way in this restless & searching world. No one can make that connection for us....it is only by our own efforts & spiritual practice that we can plug into the ultimate power Source....mentors can walk beside us but it is up to us to individually decide which path to take & which spiritual practices to try....let us begin again for up to now we have gone nowhere....a fresh beginning maybe what we need to start again....
