Here is our vision for the "Sheds on Main." Our project was one of 25 from nearly 1,000 grant applications for the T-Mobile Hometown Grant. We hope to begin the construction and activation in Q3/ Q4 of this year.

Just over one year ago LEAN LC acquired three properties on Main Street in the hometown of one of its founders, Derwin Broughton. As the first step in spurring activity in the heart of the Town we partnered with St. Stephen Growth & Development, Inc to apply for the T-Mobile Hometown Grant!

We are extremely proud to announce that we are one of twenty-five rural communities selected for this funding. With this grant we will launch "The Sheds on Main" an incremental development project aimed to activate the former hardware store site and abandoned lumber storage sheds into a food truck park.
