Just a quick view of this week’s accomplishments, our 3 majors (plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) have pulled permits and are scheduled for inspection on Thursday. Once passed we will be closing up walls, and floors to begin our last phase which is moving over to our finishes. This next piece is crucial because we want to ensure this property stands out, as it should. This home once complete will be up for sell and we don’t expect to have it on the market for long.

Our next project is this 1950s-built home; it's a 4-bedroom, 3-full-bath home. Our start date for this project is Monday; let's see how soon we can get it back on the market! Stay tuned!
