I am a full time Residential Property Specialist. I specialize in Northern and Northeastern parts of Texas including Collin, Grayson, Fannin and Hunt Counties and other surrounding areas. I have been a full time Residential Property Specialist and some of my education and designations include an "Accredited Buyer's Representative", "Senior Real Estate Specialist", "Graduate of Real Estate Institute" & "Certified Negotiation Specialist".
I've been Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2000, am a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORs®, the TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORs®, COLLIN COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, the NORTH TEXAS REAL ESTATE INFORMATION SYSTEM, the MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE . I have humbly supported various foundations helping those in need and support our local Chamber of Commerce. I have been a resident of Fannin County since 1950, married in 1975, a mother of two sons and come from a very large family.
My goal is to help families make their dreams become a reality while selling real estate whether it be City to Country Properties to enhance their Living while practicing the "GOLDEN RULE" as well as abiding by the rules in the "Realtor Code of Ethics".
