I was stuck in this hell for decades. It’s a painful and all consuming place to be.
For me, at the height of this insanity in my life, I felt like there was no escape.
The first step for me was a strong decision to never diet again.
While that was a super important first step, I spent the next 5 years not just trying to figure out a better relationship with food...but how my past unresolved traumas were the drivers for these crazy behaviors.
I studied eating psychology, somatics, and body-based trauma resolution to regulate my nervous system.
It was a long road for me to put these puzzle pieces together to:
✨ feeling peace around food,
✨ finding my ideal size and staying there for the last decade+, and
✨ literally forgetting about the chocolate in the pantry for months.
After refining the process, our clients get way faster results than I did...lol...But honestly...if would have taken me 10 years to get to where I am today, I’d do it again and again.

It might feel crazy to connect those behaviors with stress-eating, comfort,-eating, emotional eating, overeating, binge eating, etc.…
But when we were spending all of our time, trying to get the love, safety, belonging, and attention that we need (because we are human… We all have these needs… ESPECIALLY as children)
