New concrete can be surprisingly tricky to clean if you don’t know exactly what you’re doing.

In the first 3–4 years, it’s still very delicate and a lot easier to damage than people think. On top of that, it tends to get dirty faster during this stage.

Cleaning it the right way means using the correct amount of pressure along with the proper mix of industry-standard chemicals like SH.

If it’s done wrong, you can actually etch the surface and permanently damage it. I attached a photo so you can see what that looks like (definitely not our work).
