3 Grams Food Group is a food and beverage contract management, consulting service and brokerage company
Quickbooks Online specialist will be responsible for paying all of our invoices in a timely manner with the appropriate deductions and credits applied to each transaction. Accounts Receivable will be responsible for daily invoicing to our customers and following up weekly with payment.
Responsibilities:
Quickbooks Online certification a must.
Must keep up with all of the incoming emails in the accounting email inbox
Will pay invoices daily in Quickbooks online from invoices that are sent to accounting email
Must manage and reply to all supplier accounting inquiries through the accounting inbox
Accounts payable will create invoices to be paid daily and follow up with suppliers who still have outstanding invoices
Setting up new Customers and Vendors in Quickbooks Online
Pull weekly FedEx invoices for suppliers who have outstanding charges and upload these into our FedEx deduction tracker
Apply these FedEx deductions into invoices to be paid by the supplier
Reconcile all of the outstanding orders claims and apply compliance fine deductions against outstanding invoices
Communicate client payment options and manage all accounting inquiries that come through accounting email
Liaison for all communication with the current vendor network and TNA staff.
Work with Finance team on basic bookkeeping in Quickbooks online
Education: ·
High School diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience:
Must have extreme attention to detail
Must have high organizational skills
Basic knowledge Google Drive
Must be Quickbooks Online literate - at least 1 year experience
Internet research and phone skills
Strong familiarity with MS Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet time sensitive deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior Customer Service skills on the phone and through email and in zoom meetings
Quick Learner and easily adaptable to new processes
Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
Works well with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge & Skill:
Entry level for less complex support and administrative roles requiring basic knowledge of standardized rules, and some previous training or experience.
Has some knowledge, experience and skill in applying straightforward procedures.
Understands how one’s work relates to, or coordinates with, the work of others in the workflow
Demonstrates one or more specialized skills for a variety of activities.
Excellent communication skills a must
Must be highly organized and detail oriented

This is a contract position and a work remote position.
This position requires at least 20+ hours a week with flexible work schedule
