Here's your 29th tip: Reduce Board Game Clutter

Board games aren't much fun if the pieces are missing, but keeping the boxes for games in spill free condition is also a challenge. Keep your supply of games and puzzles organized and ready for the fun.

-Use zipper seal bags to organize game pieces and tape the bags to the inside lid of the box to avoid losing them.

-Take large zipper seal freezer bags and put puzzle pieces into them, then cut out the cover from the puzzle box that shows the picture and store inside the bag.

-Use bookshelves or storage bins to keep games and puzzles together.

-Keep a basket, bowl, or bin on a game shelf for any of those stray pieces.

Don't miss out on the fun because the games are missing pieces or can't be found at all. Reduce board game clutter and bring on game night!

Here's your 28th tip: Get Rid of Cord Clutter

For many homes the problem is the same: too many electrical cords running every which way, cluttering space and twisting through our lives. You can reduce that cord clutter in a few easy steps.

-First, unplug and inspect each cord, checking for nicks or cuts that might cause it to be a danger to people and pets.

-Use file folder sticky labels to clearly label to what each cord belongs so that when multiple items are plugged-in next to each other there is no more following the cord to determine the owner.

-For countertop space savers, use multiple-outlet adapters with 3 or 4 outlets per side.

-Where cords are lying along the ground, especially in multiples, use plastic tubing around the cords to conceal and contain the cord clutter.

Here's your 27th tip: Get Your Bathroom Back to Basics

The bathroom is typically one of the smallest rooms in the home, yet the one that is used every day, possibly by many people. Organizing bathroom drawer and cabinet spaces will save everyone time and energy.

Begin by emptying all spaces and throwing out any expired items. Thoroughly wipe down all cabinet and drawer surfaces. Arrange items into like categories such as these.

-Oral care
-Makeup
-Hair supplies
-Nail care
-Perfumes and body fragrances
-Skincare products
-Travel items
-Miscellaneous

Once all of the items are grouped it is easier to see the total overall size of space they will require. You can find drawer and cabinet storage bins to keep the items organized and ready for when you need them.
