I say again, 8%.
I did research in Collin County in 2017 about the reach of the church in our area, and the numbers worked out to about 6%. That tracks. This is not about condemnation, it's about opportunity. We have such a challenge and opportunity before us.

We're excited and optimistic about the church seizing the opportunity!

Its all too common for young adult ministry leaders to "wing it" when it comes to ministering to young adults. There's a better way. Take the time to build a strategy and value structure. Doing so actually facilitates freedom rather than restricting it.
