There's no right way to organize your home. Whatever strategy you choose just has to work with your lifestyle, habits, and tastes. But there are a few tried-and-true strategies that can enhance the effectiveness of any system.

Set up a staging area, like the dining table, then empty whatever you're organizing so you can spot doubles, giveaways, and must-saves fast. Then use organizers like clear containers and baskets without lids so you can quickly access what's left of your pared-down collection. Lastly, label everything—even if you think you'll remember, mark boxes and bins with easy-to-read descriptions so there's no second-guessing later on. 🐝

Mondays are tough. Try this meditation technique to feel better.
🌱Just close your eyes and relax.
🌱Slowly inhale from the belly.
🌱Then into ribs.
🌱Then into chest.
🌱Up into crown of the head.
🌱Then gently hold the breath for the fifth count.
Take a few deep breaths from your diaphragm and release the tension in your body.

There are two things you need to do not to get discouraged with your workouts.

1️⃣ Define a goal - from "run a marathon" to "just start doing at least something."

2️⃣ And find your coach. He will help you avoid injuries, make a personalized workout plan, and show you which exercises you can do at home. That will be both effective and safe.
