Looking for a way to relax, refocus and recharge on a Saturday afternoon?

Join McKinney Public Library for Heartfulness Meditation, presented by the Heartfulness Institute. Participants will learn simple meditation techniques designed to support mindfulness, reduce stress and promote overall well-being.
