As a little girl, I asked so many questions that my father would look at me and say:
"Stephanie, are you writing a book?"
At the time, I am pretty sure my curiosity felt more like a family challenge than a gift.

The best leaders do not rush to provide answers.
They get curious.
They listen.
They uncover what is really happening beneath the surface.
