The full recipe is now on YouTube — link in my bio ❤️ Sometimes we get stuck in our routines. We go to the same places, eat the same things, choose the same familiar scents… and we barely notice how little space we leave for anything new. But this time of year gives us the perfect excuse to welcome a bit of magic back into our lives. To add a small new touch to our home. To light a candle with a scent we’ve never tried before. To place a diffuser that transforms the mood of a room. Or to finally cook something we’ve always hesitated to try. Often it only takes one simple gesture to bring a breath of fresh air into the everyday. Just like that little street pastry — humble, yet unexpectedly inspiring. Let’s give ourselves permission to experience something new. A flavor, a scent, a feeling. May this pre-holiday season gift us something truly special. ✨
A TRADITIONAL RECIPE FROM GUANGDONG 🇨🇳 Wrapping up my China trip with a truly authentic dish — clay-baked chicken👀 This is an old cooking tradition that used to be common in almost every household, but nowadays you’ll hardly find it anywhere — foil has taken over everything. Back in the day it was a whole ritual: the chicken was wrapped in banana leaves to trap some air and create gentle natural pressure, then covered with a layer of clay and baked. The result? Unbelievably juicy, tender, fall-apart chicken with a deep, rich flavor🍗 I recreated the technique as close to the original as possible: made a thin clay shell (about 1.5 cm) using regular craft clay. That’s enough for it to dry quickly and “seal” the chicken inside. I’m not suggesting you bake this for Christmas dinner 😂 But as a fun culinary experiment? Absolutely yes — it’s a whole new flavor experience! Would you try making it? 🫶🏻
The full recipe is now on YouTube, link in bio ❤️ TAPAS FOR CHRISTMAS I love cooking new recipes — I come up with a lot of them myself. These tapas are simple enough, super tasty, and the presentation looks so elegant on a holiday table. If you’re looking for something fresh to surprise and delight your guests, you should definitely try this one. This year I went with a more minimal and wintery home decor. I suddenly wanted that “light and snowy” vibe (even though it’s still +20°C outside 😂). I’ll show more of the decor in stories today! Overall, my December mood this year is “new classic” — something I want to create from scratch myself 😊 What’s one dish that you always have on your Christmas table?
Every year I save my Christmas decor so I can reuse it later 🎄✨ Most of the time I just switch up the placement and accents around the house. But when it comes to the tree, I actually love changing the style every year. Still, I only buy small things — little figurines, stands, tiny details. Then I simply rearrange everything in a new way, and it instantly creates that cozy holiday vibe. Honestly, it works so well for getting into the Christmas mood! ❤️
Unboxing my Christmas decor 🤩🌲❤️🔥
Happy New Year! ⭐️😍 Wishing you oceans of love, beauty, joy, smiles, and warm hugs ❤️🔥 See you in the new year! ✨
FIRST RECIPE OF 2026 Chocolate volcano made of sweet “soil” 🌋🍫 Just as calm and cozy as the beginning of the year 😌 I really love this time — when you can slow down, reflect on what’s passed, set new goals, and spend time with the people closest to you. I also always start this period in a new country, on vacation. It’s the perfect way to begin the year: discovering something new, diving into a different culture, and taking the most inspiring things with you 🙌🏻 Right now, I’m already in the 67th country on my list 🥹 I won’t say where just yet — but maybe you can guess 😉 How did you welcome 2026?
NOTHING IS EVER WHAT IT SEEMS🙂↔️ That’s basically the tagline of almost every video I make. If you see a bunch of fruit at the beginning, by the end you’ll be looking at… ravioli. I’m obsessed with unexpected pairings, unusual flavors, and interesting textures. Here, for example, it’s mango “paper” dough paired with a scallop filling🤤 It’s a perfect option when you’re tired of heavy, over-the-top dishes🙌🏻 What’s your favorite festive food?
