“No Neighborhood Gets Left Behind”
In today’s world of Community programs, most of the focus has been placed on offenders coming out of prison and being re-acclimated to a normal society via Re-entry programs. BVD (Build Value Daily) was born to help reduce the school to prison pipeline as a Pre-entry program keeping some of our neighborhoods youngest and brightest minds away from becoming a part of the school to prison statistic.
As a pre-entry program, BVD (Build Value Daily) is designed for youth in the targeted age range of 8-16. BVD has established the mission of getting back to the basics by providing its clients the every day skills of survival that will equip those clients with the knowledge base to help them create and always be in a position to present the best version of themselves to their families and the communities they reside in.
By committing to helping the clients become a better version of themselves, BVD will tackle deficient value systems currently non existent in the youth of its targeted age range. This will help create better students facing fewer suspensions from school, decrease the candidates for the school to prison pipeline, help clients become more involved in preserving the communities they reside in and develop individuals that will be able to effectively communicate with people of all races.
