Friend, before you put your phone down tonight — read this. 💛
If you're lying in bed with a mind full of worry,
replaying everything that went wrong today,
anxious about what tomorrow might bring —
You don't have to carry that into sleep.

Lord, as I lay down tonight,
I release everything I didn't finish,
everything I said wrong,
and everything I'm still worried about.
It's Yours now.
Watch over me while I rest.
Tomorrow is in Your hands.
