All experience levels are welcome! Having a simple sponge cake recipe in your back pocket means you can be ready for any celebration. We will make a classic sponge cake and assemble it into a Victoria Sponge, a traditional British cake with berries and cream. Second, we will discuss how to change up the classic recipe with substitutions and flavors and make a yogurt sponge cake. We hope to see you there! ⁠⁠⁠⁠
