1/30/1986 - Two-time runner-up in the K&N East Series (06-07) Sean Caisse was born. Caisse started five Nationwide Series races last year including an 18th in June at Nashville Superspeedway. That is his best finish in eight career starts in three seasons. Caisse made one start in the Truck Series in 2008, finishing 36th at Martinsville Speedway. (NASCAR.com)

1/27/1934 - George Follmer, a road-racing ace, is born on this day. Follmer won four road-racing championships from 1965 to 1976, including the 1972 Can-Am title. In addition to 20 starts in the Cup Series, Follmer also raced in USAC and Formula One. Follmer had three top-fives among his five top-10 finishes in the Cup Series, topped by a fourth-place finish at Atlanta in March 1974.
