HFC Interior Design Department

We currently have an opening for an adjunct instructor for the winter 2019 semester. I understand it is short notice but the class is all set up and you would just need to follow the syllabus and course structure.

The class is INTR 130 Intro to CAD for Interior Designers. The class meets on T/TH from 2:00 to 4:50 p.m. It is a 3 credit- 6 contact hour class.

Michigan Design Center announced its next Student Career Day on Friday, April 7th, 2017! Stay tuned for updates.

Student Tours
· Student tours can be arranged for specific showrooms. Our showrooms represent the finest names in home furnishings, fabrics, kitchens, lighting, floor coverings, tile and accessories and each showroom presentation is approximately 20 minutes.
· During the tour, students can visit Arts & Scraps and take home donated showroom products such as fabric, tile and flooring.
· Students will receive a copy of Magazine and samplings of MDC publications.
· Students can bring an updated resume and/or completed internship application (attached). We will keep on file for six months.
· Lunch arrangements are made by the students. Epic Café is located onsite which is convenient for the tours.
· Upon arrival at the main lobby, D entrance, students will sign up to be on our mailing list.
· Free parking, free wifi.
· Located off Maple Road on Stutz Drive between Crooks and Coolidge.
