On behalf of the Martin Luther King, Jr. HS Alumni Association, thank you!!

Family & Friends Day 2026 was a reminder of what can happen when Lions come together with a shared purpose. Whether you attended, volunteered, vended, sponsored, donated, performed, coordinated, or simply shared the event, you helped make this day a success.

Thank you to our Executive Board, committee members, volunteers, vendors, DJ, entertainers, alumni from every graduating class, our community partners, and every family member and friend who came out to support this vision.

As President, I witnessed countless hours of planning, teamwork, and service come together because people believed in our association. For that, I am truly grateful.

This weekend wasn’t just about one event—it was about reconnecting, strengthening our alumni network, and continuing to build a legacy that future Lions can be proud of.

This is only the beginning.

Thank you for believing in our vision and for helping us continue to show the world what it means to be an MLK Lion.
