I spent some time on my porch Sunday with more watercolor. I sure am enjoying this practice. I have lots of personal insights to share on this.

Join in this unique workshop focusing on health and inquiry of the chakras.
We use yoga poses, mantras and essential oils to create harmony within these energy centers that correlate to different body systems, organs, hormone regulation and more. This is a scientific, systematic way of bringing health to the body.
