~Kitchen Reno Update~ This renovation has been my most ambitious project yet. No, I couldn’t get this kind of counter space in an RV, but I keep pitching myself that I will cut, clean, and cook on that counter space in just a few more days!
I’ve got the wooden oven hood, new stainless steel oven, and fridge on order. Plus an adorable breakfast nook set and pantry to compete the kitchen. After 6 years, I didn’t see a point in a dish washer; besides, I now have a huge farmhouse sink!!! What do you think of my progress?

~🎅🏻Holiday season🎄~ Hey y’all! I have been busy at my new job and renovating my new house! Yesterday, I finally got the camper to the shop after about a year from its needed repairs. I’ve been so busy, I didn’t see the year go by and I’ve missed all of the RV community! While I’ve decided to no longer be a full time RVer, I believe that my journey has just started. RVing will always be in my blood and if the repairs go well, we may take it on a ski trip this holiday!
Please take a look at my camper from last Christmas! It was the winner from the Grand Design decorating contest in 2020! I hope you enjoy!🎄🎅🏻❤️

~Home Renovations~Happy Labor Day weekend! I’m usually beside a pool somewhere on holidays like these, but I finally got the strength up to paint the trim in the living room. I have not looked forward to it; I’ve bargained, avoided, and loath the thought of it. But like so many things in life, you just have to get started and keeping going! One day I’ll wake up and I’ll own the home of my dreams!

~Transition~ One month into saying good bye to the fulltime RV life and moving into my new fixer upper, I have pieced together my style living room!
Here is now and swipe left for the before!
If you don’t know my story, here is a brief overview. I spent 8 years in the US Army, three of those years I lived fulltime in my RV with my husband and a few fur babies. After deciding to end my military career, I decided to travel around the US with my husband’s jobs. All the while I was a stepmom to three and mom of none. Today, I find myself transitioning out of my RV and marriage moving quickly into an house and fulltime civilian job. To say it was a drastic turn is an understatement!
