Hello! Friendly reminder:
If you are on a fixed rate, please submit your payment no later than Monday. As of Jan 1, 2026, we will be enforcing our late fee charge of $20/day for any late payments. Enforcing this helps ensure that all of our staff are paid on time.

If you need to cancel, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your clean to avoid a cancelation fee. Cleans canceled prior to 24 hours in advance will receive a refund, or option to reschedule.

Booking fee ($25) is nonrefundable. If scheduling recurring cleans, booking fee rolls over to each future clean. For one time cleans, booking fee will be applied to your total once your clean is completed.
